The new Channel 5 season is airing 'The Chocolate Challenge with The Hairy Bikers'. The programme chose our client Ruth Hinks as the judge for the show.

Ruth Hinks is one of the leading chocolatiers in the UK and the first woman to be awarded 'The World Chocolate Master'. Ruth's Chocolate School, Chocolate Shop and Cafe CocoaBlack, are all based in Peebles, Scottish Borders.

David Kaye was appointed to design the complete overhaul of the CocoaBlack Cafe & Shop at Number 3, Cuddybridge in Peebles.
